Here is a quote from an email sent to me by my brother in law:-

He’s right. Rather a lot has happened since my last posting on here. In summary, I’ve been on a great meditation retreat at Vajraloka, I’ve been on holiday to the Canary Islands, I’ve been on retreat here at Tiratanaloka and I’ve just been to visit my family in Ireland (www.bondsreunited.co.uk) (just joking with the last one, don’t click on it).
